Described as a devoted wife, daughter, sister, and friend, Garneau was known as the ultimate hockey mom who welcomed everyone with open arms. She played a crucial role in various activities her kids were part of, from driving them to organizing events and cheering them on. As the investigation into the tragic incident continues, the Transportation Safety Board (TSB) revealed that the plane lost power in one engine, leading to the emergency landing. The TSB has taken control of the probe, overseeing the removal and examination of the aircraft, which was en route to Prince George Airport from Sturdee Airstrip. Despite the harrowing crash, all eight individuals on board, including pilots and passengers, escaped unharmed.
