In Scotland, Drumsheugh Gardens in Edinburgh leads the way with an average price of £560,000, while Hollybush Road in Cardiff takes the top spot in Wales with an average price of £1,237,500.
The rankings are based on data provided by Rightmove, focusing on streets where at least five homes were available for sale in January of this year.
According to Colleen Babcock, a property expert at Rightmove, the attention-grabbing list of Britain’s most expensive streets demonstrates the enduring allure of ultra-prime properties in London. She noted the dominance of London addresses in the top 20 while highlighting Elmbridge in Surrey as a standout area outside the capital that made the prestigious list.
