“Toronto Raptors Announce 2026-27 NBA Season Schedule”

Date:

The Toronto Raptors are set to kick off the upcoming NBA season at home, marking the 14th time in the last 15 years they have done so. The NBA revealed the complete schedule for the 2026-27 season, with the Raptors opening against the Chicago Bulls at Scotiabank Arena on October 21. Their first away game will follow two days later in Washington.

Key home matchups include consecutive games against the reigning champions, the New York Knicks, on November 15 and 17. Additionally, the San Antonio Spurs led by Victor Wembanyama will visit on December 10, and Canadian standout Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder will come to town on March 10.

January is expected to be the busiest month for the Raptors, featuring 17 games, including a six-game home stretch. The team will also face 15 back-to-back games this season, seven of which will not require travel. The schedule for 80 of the team’s 82 games has been finalized, with the remaining two to be scheduled post the group stage of the in-season NBA Cup tournament.

Despite their competitive lineup, the Raptors have once again missed out on playing on Christmas Day, a tradition they have not participated in since 2019 when they were the defending NBA champions.
