Apple Fitness+ has introduced exciting new features to help users achieve their fitness goals for the new year. The subscription service, launched in 2020, now offers additional content, including special guest workouts and multi-week programs to keep users motivated.
The latest update includes programs such as Strength, HIIT, and Yoga classes that progress gradually over time, allowing users to improve their fitness levels at a manageable pace. For instance, users can engage in the “Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT” program, offering 20-minute workout sessions combining these two popular exercise styles. Alternatively, users can participate in the “Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks” plan to incorporate Yoga into their routine consistently.
A new program called “Make your Fitness Comeback” caters to individuals kickstarting their fitness journey. This four-week plan incorporates Strength, HIIT, and Yoga workouts, with three sessions per week, each lasting only 10 minutes. The plan is designed to help users progress steadily towards their fitness goals.
Apart from these updates, Apple Fitness+ will also feature new episodes of Time to Walk, with guests like Mel B, Penn Badgley, and Michelle Monaghan. The Artist Spotlight series will showcase workout playlists featuring music from renowned artists, including five new workouts with KAROL G’s music.
Additionally, users can try guest workouts from lifestyle and fitness creator Allie Bennett and dancers Luke and Paul Harwerth. All content is accessible on various devices, including iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with enhanced features available through the Apple Watch and AirPods Pro for heart rate monitoring and calorie tracking.
Apple Fitness+ is priced at £9.99 per month or £79.99 per year, offering a comprehensive fitness experience for users looking to stay active and healthy.
