Rapper Offset was hospitalized after being shot outside a casino in Florida. The incident occurred on Monday, April 6, as confirmed by a spokesperson. Offset’s representative stated that he was shot and is currently receiving medical treatment at the hospital. He is in stable condition and under close observation.
The shooting took place near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. Following the incident, two individuals were taken into custody by the police. Authorities from Seminole County mentioned that the situation occurred in a valet area after 7 pm on Monday, resulting in non-life-threatening injuries to a 34-year-old individual who was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital.
The police quickly contained the situation, and there is no ongoing threat to the public. The investigation is ongoing, and operations at the site continue as usual. Offset’s bandmate Takeoff from Migos was tragically killed in a shooting incident at a bowling alley in November 2022 during an altercation over a dice game.
Offset, who shares three children with his ex-wife Cardi B, is currently going through a divorce. The couple announced their separation in August 2024 after almost seven years of marriage.
