“Prince Edward Visits Andrew at New Residence”

Date:

One member of the Royal Family reportedly paid a visit to Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor at his new permanent residence for a private conversation. Prince Edward, the younger brother of the former Prince, is said to be the first family member to meet with Andrew at Sandringham since his move from Royal Lodge to Marsh Farm. This relocation came after Andrew faced significant backlash due to his ties with Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex offender.

Despite maintaining his innocence, Andrew faced severe public scrutiny, leading to his isolation from the royal circle, with only Prince Edward showing support by visiting him. According to a source speaking to The Sun, Prince Edward’s visit marked the first and only family interaction since Andrew’s departure from Royal Lodge. The source added that Andrew’s daughters and ex-wife have distanced themselves as well.

Buckingham Palace refrained from commenting on the situation when approached by the Mirror. The Duke of Edinburgh, however, was quick to address the allegations against his brother during a summit earlier this year. Responding to questions about Andrew’s involvement in the Epstein scandal, the Duke emphasized the importance of remembering the victims, acknowledging the seriousness of the situation.

The release of documents by the US Department of Justice shed light on Andrew’s exchanges with Epstein, including an invitation for the disgraced financier to visit Buckingham Palace. Andrew has consistently denied any misconduct in his interactions with Epstein, despite the controversial nature of their relationship.
