Despite the inundation of feminist content on platforms like Instagram and TikTok throughout the week, it’s challenging for me to fully embrace the festivities.
The commercialization of International Women’s Day, where companies flaunt their female employees or offer discounts on beauty products, fails to convince me that there is much progress to celebrate.
