“Dell Revives XPS Brand with Enhanced Design & Performance”

Date:

Dell has announced the revival of its XPS brand after facing backlash for discontinuing it a year ago. The company has admitted to its mistake and responded to feedback by reintroducing the iconic lineup with a promise of an enhanced experience.

The new Windows 11 XPS laptops have been completely redesigned, featuring a fresh look with the XPS logo prominently displayed on the lid. Constructed with premium materials like aluminum and Gorilla Glass 3, the laptops offer a sophisticated feel and durability for on-the-go usage.

Improvements include a redesigned keyboard for better stability, a seamless glass touchpad blending into the palm rest, and enhanced portability with reduced weight and thickness. The latest XPS 14 and XPS 16 models are now Dell’s thinnest laptops yet, measuring only 14.6mm, partly due to a slim 4K webcam integrated into the design.

Performance upgrades come from Intel’s latest Ultra processors, promising faster speeds, improved graphics, and efficiency. The redesigned thermal system ensures temperature control even during intensive tasks. Intel Arc graphics with 12 cores offer a 50% boost in graphics performance over previous models.

The laptops boast extended battery life with high-density 900ED cells providing up to 27 hours of usage on a single charge. Additional features include edge-to-edge touch displays, Dolby Atmos speakers, and a variety of ports for connectivity.

Dell introduced the new XPS models at CES 2026, emphasizing their commitment to delivering premium laptops with striking design, powerful performance, vivid displays, and long-lasting battery life in a compact, portable device.
