“Trump Threatens Iran with Bridge Destruction, Power Plant Damage”

Date:

Donald Trump has issued a stern warning to Iran, stating that if the country refuses a proposed ceasefire deal, all bridges in Iran will be destroyed, and power plants will be rendered inoperable. The President of the United States has given Iran a deadline until 8pm ET to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, a crucial shipping route.

Iran has rejected the proposal, citing a temporary ceasefire offer as an alternative. In response, Trump emphasized the military’s capability to decimate all bridges in Iran by midnight and cause power plants to be damaged beyond repair. Meanwhile, a ceasefire plan mediated by Pakistan has been suggested to end the conflict.

Recent reports indicate that an attack on a railway bridge in Iran has resulted in casualties. Additionally, a cargo vessel near the Strait of Hormuz was struck by an unknown projectile, prompting investigations by authorities.

As tensions escalate, Iran’s Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is reportedly in critical condition in Qom, south of Tehran. The situation has led to a call for action from Iranian officials, urging citizens to protect vital infrastructure.

In the midst of the conflict, various countries are taking precautionary measures, including the closure of strategic bridges like the King Fahd Causeway linking Saudi Arabia to Bahrain. The international community is closely monitoring the situation, with concerns raised about potential war crimes and civilian safety.

The ongoing developments underscore the high stakes and the urgent need for diplomatic solutions to prevent further escalation of hostilities in the region.
